If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your product, we offer a straightforward and hassle-free return and refund process. Please take the time to review our complete refund and return policy below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 30 days of the date you receive your order.
- The item must be in its original, unused, and uninstalled condition. This includes the product packaging, manuals, and any accessories that were included with the original purchase.
- The product must not show signs of being used or altered in any way.
Non-returnable items include:
- Customized or personalized items (e.g., custom floor mats, seat covers, etc.)
- Products that have been used or installed
- Items that are damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper handling
- Products purchased outside of the 30-day return window
How to Return an Item
If your product meets the eligibility requirements for a return, please follow the steps below to initiate the return process:
- Contact Customer Support: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at info@cloudpariiz.net within 30 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, our team will review the information provided and issue a return authorization number (RAN) along with detailed instructions on how to return the product.
- Prepare the Product for Return: Carefully package the product in its original packaging to ensure it is not damaged during the return process. Be sure to include all parts, accessories, and documentation. Attach the return authorization number to the outside of the package.
- Ship the Product Back: After you’ve received the return instructions, ship the item(s) back to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Inspection Upon Receipt: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return eligibility requirements. If the item is returned in its original, unused condition, we will proceed with issuing a refund.
Refund Policy
After we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund. The following conditions apply to refunds:
- Refund Amount: The refund will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s) only. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where an item is returned in a condition other than new or unused, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or reject the return request entirely.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you would like a different product, you must first return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items

Order Cancellation

We process orders quickly to ensure prompt delivery, so cancellations can only be made before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you can follow the return process outlined above.
Conditions for Returns

- The return is made after the 30-day return window has passed.
- The product is not in its original condition or packaging.
